Welcome to the home of Southern Smoke BBQ! We are a small but quickly-growing BBQ company located in Springfield, MO that serves up our mouth-watering BBQ through our vending and catering operations. Our BBQ style can most closely be compared to Memphis-style barbecue.

Our meat is smoked for many hours at a low temperature using real wood. We use a variety of wood to flavor the meat during the smoking process, which produces that authentic smokey flavor that most BBQ joints try to imitate but never get quite right. We season our meat with a few different dry rubs and use our own original barbeque sauce to give the meat that perfect barbecue flavor.

Our custom-built mobile kitchen enables us to not only offer our slow-smoked BBQ at our vending location, but also allows us to bring it right to your event! If you need a caterer for your next event or office meeting, look no further! We offer pick up or drop off service, or we can bring our mobile unit to you!
